Amelia Mekemson
I fell in love with the event industry in high school and have been involved in it ever since. From working as an assistant, to being in several bachelorette parties, and becoming a coordinator, I love all things weddings & events!

What I love most is watching a client’s vision come to life. Every detail is uniquely crafted and inspired, and seeing it all beautifully come together is the most rewarding part of the process.

Outside of coordinating, you’ll find me soaking up nature, practicing yoga, or spending time with my husband and our lively golden doodle puppy!
Delaney Nobbs
I’m truly passionate about all things love! Throughout my journey in the weddings and events world, I’ve discovered my true calling in helping clients plan and coordinate the extra special moments in their lives.
Every event is unique, and I pour my heart and soul into each detail to make it unforgettable. I love blending creativity with logistics to bring dream events to life, and nothing makes me happier than seeing my couples’ joy on their special day!
When I’m not crafting swoon-worthy celebrations, you could find me at the beach with my husband and pup, hiking in nature, trying new restaurants, doing yoga, going to a country concert, or exploring new places!
Sarah Jurado
I've had a passion for weddings since “Say Yes To The Dress” and a passion for planning them since “The Wedding Planner”!
In my off time, I enjoy going to the aquarium, and finding new brunch spots for me and my husband to enjoy together.
My favorite part of wedding planning is getting to know the couple- everyone is different and it’s so fun to see what each couple loves most and what’s important to them. Catch me dancing behind the scenes at your wedding, cause I love a good party!
